An e-mail was sent to the person who handles the records of the burials back in March 2020 and I never did receive a reply. As for the cemetery being taken care of that is great but response time with Freatman is deplorable

The cemetery is well kept (the reason for the second star). However, communication with the cemetery association is awful. Even when speaking with the funeral home and the stone engravers, I could hear the sigh because even they have a difficult time reaching anyone. I called and the end of the message from them was "I will get back to you at my earliest convenience." "MY" earliest convenience? I'm calling because I've lost a loved one and need answers to questions. There should be no convenience about it. It's been 3 days since I left my message. Get back to the individual IMMEDIATELY. This isn't a park or recreation area -- it is a place of sadness and people need help. This should be addressed as such.
